I started Wavelight in 2009 and it has been growing ever since. My favorite part about wedding and event photography is meeting new people, and making sure they are comfortable in front of the lens. Making it fun is what I am all about!
When I am not with my cameras, I am all about snowboarding, hiking, kayaking and anything with performing and seeing live music. And baseball obvi!
How many hours do you offer for wedding photography?
Do you offer videography and photobooths?
What cameras do you use?
How long have you been in the wedding photography business?
What is your turn around time for photos and video?
Will I be able to download my photo gallery? And can I post them on social media?
Do you offer destination wedding and elopement servies?
Where are you located?
Do you photograph anything other than weddings?
Do you outsource your production after the wedding?
How tall are you??
Usually most weddings include 8 hours of coverage with one or two photographers, as well as videography if selected. If there are multiple locations, sometimes we extend that to 10 hours. Which is usually more than enough!
Absolutely! Having video included with your photography plans brings it to an entirely different level. Each of my videographers have the same top of the line equipment and lenses as I do. The quality simply cannot be matched otherwise. It's all included in one contract, so it's one less vendor you have to interact with.
Our photo booths have a great vintage feel. We keep them simple and have a ton of fun with great results. New for '24 and '25 weddings: a 1967 VW bus! Inquire within!
I am always upgrading equipment! Right now I mainly use my Canon R3, R5 and 1DX3 camera bodies. I use only Canon RF L series lenses (the best available on the market!) including prime and telephoto lenses.
I started Wavelight Photography in 2009, and have been growing ever since! My additional photographers and videographers have all been with me for at least the last 10 years. If you combined all of our years in the business together it's something like 65, but who's counting!
Great question! Usually I am within the one month anniversary of your wedding date for the delivery of the photo gallery. The edited video trailer is usually ready 6-8 weeks after the wedding date.
Of course! You have access to all of your images. Full resolution with no watermarks, and no limits to who can download. You can send the link to anyone you'd like.
Once you have downloaded them to your hard drive, you are free to post the images wherever you'd like. And you can print them as well!
I certainly do! Send me some of your ideas!
My office is located in Sea Cliff. One of the best vibes in New York!
About 85% of my business is within the wedding industry. I do have a few select commercial clients that have been with me for many years, including local private schools, country clubs, lawyers, doctors, and construction companies.
Absolutely not! I have a full time editor that goes through the thousand of photos we take (thank you Natalie!) and she sends me the photos that end up in your gallery. I proof them myself one at a time, never using filters or AI or weird coloring. I channel my darkroom days and use the same process I did back then adjusting the color, exposure, contrast, and cropping of each image. With either color or black and white!
My videographer that films the wedding also edits their own footage. I never send it elsewhere for those services. No need to!
Albums are designed by us as well, and they are printed right here in the United States.
6'7" or 2.0066 meters outside the US.
No signs of getting taller as of now...
